crockpot oatmeal
Does anyone have a good recipe for making a breakfast porridge (whether millet, quinoa, oats etc) in a crockpot?

Re: crockpot oatmeal
1 cup whole millet, quinoa, oats (or scotch or steel-cut oats)
3 cups water
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 stick cinnamon (optional)
1 tbs. butter or virgin coconut or palm oil (optional)
Cook on low overnight. Season to taste.
If you prefer a thicker or thinner porridge, next time adjust the water measurement accordingly.
