Honey Fried Apple
Accompanying update: Energy Tonic Soup (Congee)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 apple (or pear) cut into slices
1 drop geranium essential oil
lemon zest
Melt the butter and honey together in a small skillet. Add the essential oils, stir to blend and layer the fruit over the honey mixture. Cook over medium heat until golden and soft on one side, turn and cook until desired softness is achieved and/or the honey thickens and turns a shade darker.
